You think you celebrate the 4th of July but until you visit the area we were camping in. I don’t know if you celebrate like they do in Kalispell. The city’s Fireworks were not scheduled to start until 11pm and we were still recovering from a few previous long drive adventures so we said we will just hang and see what we see from our Rig. We thought we might see a few fireworks, We thought a 100 percent wrong. About 9 pm, before the sun had even begun to set we started to hear Fireworks, we rushed outside to see them. Turns out we didn’t need to Rush. For the next 6 hours, that’s right till 3 am in the morning the Locals shot Them off. Now you are thinking small bursts in the Sky. Our jaws were hanging with the amount and the size. These were normal Fireworks shooting into the Sky in a 360 degree view. We thought wow they are serious about their fireworks up here. (Side note we found out these cost over a 100 dollars a pop and they shot off thousands of Dollars worth just from where we could see.) They continued at a steady rate until 3 am. As Staci likes to say it was the Wild West of Fireworks and I do not think until you see it you will believe it. Truly Amazing celebration of our nation’s Independence Day. We had Perfect weather that night, but still that can’t be just a one time thing. So if you like lots, loads, and did I say a huge amount of Fireworks, this is the place for you to come visit on July 4th.
